GIS Is A High Growth Industry

US Labor Secretary Elaine L. Chao recently put the official Labor Day message, it was picked up by the media, including the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel on Sunday . Interesting enough, GIS is mentioned.

We also will need workers in other high-growth industries, including nanotechnology, geospatial technology and the life sciences, to name a few.

(On a side note, is also interesting that the term "geospatial" is becoming the favored term.)
